Job Responsibilities:

1.Establish and optimize the financial management system, project decision-making, cost accounting, internal and external pricing, resource allocation decision-making, and provide optimization or analysis suggestions.
2.Regularly and irregularly track and feedback budget execution according to the group budget work arrangement, deeply understand various data differences and fluctuation reasons, and conduct diversified analysis from financial and business perspectives.
3.Collaborate with business departments of subsidiaries (frontline stores, procurement centers, marketing, etc.) to analyze various business links, assist in formulating and optimizing company operating strategies.
4.Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important company matters, provide financial analysis and decision-making basis and risk assessment for business management, business development, external investment, etc., and control financial risks.
5.Conduct data analysis based on the operating analysis report, propose warnings and improvements.
6.Assist the sales department with sales analysis and business support.
7.Control and analyze business expenses of the group and manage them.
8.Conduct in-depth internal process control and optimization.
9.Other tasks assigned by the company.



Job Requirements：

1.Experience in financial work in the catering industry, focusing on data analysis.
2.Majors in financial management, accounting, auditing, or related fields.
3.Over 5 years of financial work experience, including around 3 years of financial analysis experience.
4.Rich financial knowledge and good financial management awareness, familiar with advanced financial management methods, strong financial analysis, forecasting, and risk prevention abilities, familiar with senior financial management processes such as financial planning, cost analysis, budget, and cost accounting.
5.Positive and enterprising, with fast learning ability, strong logical thinking, and financial analysis ability.
6.Good communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and pressure resistance.

Salary：
