Job Responsibilities:
1. Accurately grasp the company's brand positioning and product brand positioning, and carry out brand planning based on market demands, regional characteristics, and market information.
2. Responsible for the company's brand planning, design, promotion, and management work, establishing and developing the company's brand culture, and comprehensively enhancing the enterprise brand's awareness and influence.
3. Formulate and implement product brand marketing strategies and tactics for various business lines, regional coverage, promotion plans, and execution.
4. Conduct regular market research and analysis on the catering industry, analyze industry and competitor data, and apply feedback to brand planning work.
5. Establish and maintain mainstream media resources in the industry, efficiently utilize various channels (such as Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, portal self-media platforms) to execute brand marketing plans.
6. Track, improve, and evaluate the implementation effects of brand promotion activities in the target market.
7. Possess systematic understanding and insights into brand planning, providing professional guidance for the company's brand development.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of brand marketing planning experience, preferably with experience in catering brand planning operations.
2. Professional knowledge of brand planning theory, with experience in building brands from scratch preferred.
3. Deep understanding of new media and self-media operations, skilled in brand planning and promotion, with successful brand communication cases or experience preferred.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong planning and judgment abilities, market analysis, marketing, and promotion skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
5. High professional integrity, strong work ethics, and a high degree of execution ability.
Salary/Benefits:
① Monthly salary: Negotiable.
② Working hours: 7.5 hours per day (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM).
③ Leave: 6 days off per month plus statutory holidays.
