1.Responsible for the overall planning and operation of the company's new media content, activities, products, and user operations, and formulate new media promotion and marketing strategies.
2.Oversee the operation management and content output of new media accounts, including but not limited to official website, WeChat public account, video account, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Kuaishou, etc.; establish long-term effective management and conversion mechanisms, continuously adjust and optimize to enhance brand influence.
3.Deeply operate new media platforms, analyze user behavior, needs, and preferences, enhance self-media influence and user activity, accurately evaluate the output effect, provide reasonable suggestions, and produce executable plans.
4.Plan new media operation plans to drive offline marketing through online traffic, achieve sales goals, encourage user self-use and voluntary sharing, expand new media account followers, and increase followers.
5.Develop new media relationships and cooperation, research new social media marketing platforms and methods, continuously enhance the advertising effects brought by new media platforms, promote the product line, and maintain publicity exposure.
6.Assist in brand planning, brand promotion, and marketing plan implementation.
7.Manage and lead the new media operation team, coordinate internal work, and establish efficient team cooperation.



Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, any major, with more than 2 years of experience in managing a new media operations team preferred.
2.Proficient in internet media video promotion and marketing methods, familiar with major self-media operation platforms, with hands-on experience and successful cases preferred.
3.Solid writing skills and topic planning ability, commercialized systematic operation ability, passion for new media and self-media industry.
4.Good communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, innovative spirit, active thinking, strong insight, and ability to identify and analyze current trends.
